So instead I'm posting it here. I see that Mademoiselle half way up Central Parade has had the remainder of its lease up for sale and the current status is "under offer". I notice that as well as the remainder of the lease you can have the business itself for only the cost of the stock which means they haven't gone bust but they want "out" and dont mind admitting it. I note from the estate agents details that Worcester Park boasts two major supermarkets and a McDonald's!! Perhaps the agent knows something we dont and McD's are moving into the area, or maybe he's just being an estate agent!
